Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be unworn or unused

  • The item must have original tags attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Once your return request is submitted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns should be mailed to the following address:

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Special order items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item following the return process. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.

To qualify, the item must still meet the return conditions outlined above (unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase).


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
